Door Fire rated E 60 (1 hour) + air&dust tight + 32 dB

The access panel Revi-Clap RF E60 is indicated to building where is required a good Fire Resistance - 60 min and 32 dB sound insulation .

• This acess panel is formed by a aluminium frame + galvanized steel, reinforced by 1.25 mm DX51 galva steel squares with Z-200 treatment and (Standard EN 10327) and 2 fire rate/RF plasterboards (EN530), with fire reaction A2,s1-d0, bolted.
• Easy accesss with an amplitude of 130º. Fixed door, reversible to the right or left. Hidden hardware.
• Opening and closing: lock by square key or Revi-Clap high security lock with tamperproof key Revi-Clap.
• On the perifery of the exterior frame there is a sealant / intumescent gasket that expands in case of fire sealing the spaces between interior and exterior frames, preventing the passage of smoke and flames.
• On the door frame, there is an acoustic sealant, air and dust tightness.
• The fixed frame also has a complementary protection on the inside, with RF plasterboard, fire reaction A2, s1-d0.

APPLICATION:

Tecnical accesses, smoke-removing, ventilation and others systems.

For application in plasterboard partitions, plasterboard ceilings, murals (lyke concrete walls) or ther supports with Fire Resistance equal or greater than 60 min and or 32 dB sound insulation.

LABORATORY TESTS: 

Tested in Fire Resistance Laboratories according to European Standards EN 1363-1, EN1634-1 and 13501-2.
