• Profiles in galvanized steel DX51D quality, anticorrosive treatment Z-200 (EN 10346). The structural profiles are designed and profiled by Revi-Clap, in order to obtain greater mechanical strength and fire resistance, particularly in terms of the special reinforcement shafts that have, as well as the joint socket that prevents it from moving (this would happen if the gasket was only glued, for example).
• Set of silicate boards with high fire performance: Stucal (Glassroc F) Placo (fire reaction A1, type GMFH2 according EN 15283-1) / Fireboard plasterboard by Knauf (fire reaction A1, type GM-F according EN 15283-1) / fire-rate plasterboard (fire reaction A2,s1-d0, type DF according EN 520), bolted.
• The traps have all around the frame an intumescent gasket graphite coated with PVC. The graphit joint expands in case of fire and seals the empty space between the inside and the outside frames. The PVC coating allows for greater durability and seal support. The double lip of the seal also allows for the tightness to air, dust and light.
• Reinforcement brackets with thickness 1.20 mm, in galvanized steel quality DX51 D, with anticorrosive treatment Z-200 (EN 10346).
• Opening and closing easy and safe: High security lock Revi-Clap, with two security points - closes the sides by galva steel bar 4 mm. The lock plates works within the structure so as to ensure the maximum efficiency regardless of the direction of fire. .

Advantages

Application:

Plasterboard ceilings and wall partitions or other supports with a degree of fire resistance equal to or equivalent to EI60 / E90 fire-rates (top-hung openning) and/or sound insulation 31 / 40 dB.

Laboratory Tests / Certifications:

• Fire resistance = Class: EI 60 (Standards EN 1363-1, EN 1634-1 and EN 13501-2) *** Tested on TWO possible FIRE SENSES until 800x1200 mm
• Acoustic - Sound Insulation (Standard EN ISO 10140) = 31 dB (as provided) or 40 dB (with acoustic kit - upon request).
