Access panel Fire Rate E60 (1 hour)  Airtight + 32 dB 

The access panel Revi-Clap RF E60 is indicated to buildings where is required a good Fire Resistance - 60 min.

  • Concealed aluminium frame with thickness 1,75 mm, with heat treatment T5 and alloy AIMg0,7Si-6063 (EN 573 and EN 755)
  • Two fire-rated plasterboards (type F, according EN 520) bolted- 
  • Reinforcement brackets thickness 1,25 mm, DX51 D galvanized steel with anti-corrosion treatment Z-200 (EN 10346).
  • Stainless steel springs.
  • Easy open: spring system "clic-clap";
  • Full access with removable door;
  • Intumescent seal + airtight seal that prevents the passage of light, air and dust.
  • Central half-open aperture retention system.

 

APPLICATION:

Technical accesses, smoke-removing, ventilation and others systems.

For application in plasterboard ceilings, partitions*, concrete walls* (tilting opening, springs up) or ther supports with Fire Resistance equal or greater than 60 min.

 

LABORATORY TESTS: 

Tested in Fire Resistance Laboratories according to European Standards EN 1363-1, EN1634-1 and 13501-2.

  • Test ref. T12053 - Fire Resistance Rating --» RF E 60.*
             * Tested until 600x600 mm.
  • Air and dust tightness = Airtight = Class 4 (Standards EN1026 and EN 12207).
  • Acoustic - Sound Isolation = 32 dB (Standard EN ISO 10140).
