Airtight TrapDOOR for mansory or similar application, for honeycomb marble, tiles, XPS ou other coatings - various thickness and coatings are available. For apllication in:

• Exterior walls in masonry or similar,

• Interior walls in concrete masonry or similar. 

General characteristics:

COMPOSITION:

• Raw aluminum profiles of 1.80 mm thickness, with T5 heat treatment and AIMg0.7Si-6063 alloy (EN 573 and EN 755).

• With 10 mm Wedi board or others, as required.

• Reinforcement brackets of 1.2 mm thickness, made of DX51 D galvanized steel, with Z-200 anti-corrosion treatment (EN 10346).
• Safe opening/closing with a high-security, tamper-proof key lock Revi-Clap, featuring 2 security points, with closing at the ends through galvanized steel bars of 4 mm.
• Equipped with a double-lip intumescent graphite sealing gasket: in the event of a fire, it expands and seals the gaps between the frame and the door leaf, providing airtightness against air, light, and dust.
